A randomised controlled exploratory trial assessing pulsatile dry cupping for pain, function and quality of life in knee osteoarthritis.
Forty patients with radiologically confirmed knee osteoarthritis were randomised to eight sessions of pulsatile dry cupping over four weeks or to no intervention, with WOMAC scores, pain intensity and SF-36 quality of life measured at four and twelve weeks.
